In a display of artistic prowess, the William Simpson Fine Arts Series at Springfield College unveiled its latest exhibition, “Blizzard in Blizard,” which runs from Jan. 29 to Feb. 19.
Kellie Murphy shared her enthusiasm for the exhibition.
“It is an open rolling submission to the SC community, so new work will be added as it is received,” she said. “It’s starting out rather quietly, but I believe we will have a fair amount of pieces by the weeks end. ‘Blizzard in Blizard’ showcased a diverse range of artworks, highlighting the rich tapestry of talent within the Springfield College community. As artists continue to submit their pieces, the gallery promises to evolve, offering visitors a dynamic and eye opening experience. The main components upon submission require a winter theme and either abstract or representational.
Attendees can expect to be immersed into creativity, as the exhibit features a spectrum of artistic expression from traditional paintings to unique creative pieces The William Simpson Fine Arts Series is trying to create an inclusive space that celebrates the talents of the Springfield College community.
