A Springfield College tradition since the 1950’s, WSCB is on-the-air at 89.9 FM broadcasting a mix of music and community programming to Springfield, MA. Nicknamed “The Birthplace,” WSCB is a student-run radio club and broadcasts daily from its on-campus studios in Abbey-Appleton Hall.
Each week, tune in to hear music, student produced podcasts and more. WSCB is an affiliate of Quality Radio Productions and broadcasts the following weekly one-hour programs:
“Something Beautiful” (easy listening and “beautiful” music)
Wednesday, 12:00 – 1:00 PM
“Sounds from the Global Village” (world music)
Thursday, 12:00 – 1:00 PM
“Lake Air” (contemporary jazz)
Friday, 12:00 – 1:00 PM
