Antenna goes up!

On Friday, WSCB saw it’s brand new antenna go up atop International Hall. A big part of the Station rebuild, the antenna was scheduled to go up as soon as the previous one was no longer serviceable. On June 1st, the tornado mangled the entire Hall, including our faithful antenna. The new tower is better suited to combat the elements, specifically snow and rain, and will help make the 89.9 frequency heard throughout most of the Pioneer Valley. Above are photos of the process of the installation, which took place on a picturesque October afternoon.
