The Pride’s senior captain had herself quite the week with seven hits in four games, including a 4-for-5 showing in their sweep of Westfield State on Wednesday. Blake hit two doubles and a home run with two RBI in the Pride’s sweep of the Owls. It wasn’t just her play at the plate that was making an impact either as Blake also flashed the glove during the Pride’s run of three wins in four games. In Springfield’s 6-1 loss to Wellesley over the weekend, Blake notched four assists from her shortstop position.

Sean Nunan, Track & Field
The senior soccer player turned track star has spent much of his senior season making a name for himself on the track. Nunan won the 400-meter hurdles with a time of 56.69 seconds to edge out teammate and fellow senior Nolan Manley. Nunan has also competed in several other events this season, such as the 500-meter and other middle-distance running events. The 400-meter hurdles has by far been his best, however.
