This pizza joint tucked away near East Longmeadow, Mass. shows that appearances can be deceiving. Walking in, I was immediately greeted with a sense of warm hospitality, with some of the most friendly service I’ve seen in the area. It’s the kind of kindness and homey atmosphere that keeps you coming back for more. The menu featured affordable options, including some beautiful couple of slices served piping hot. The cheese was vibrant and present on the palate, but I wish the crust was a little more puffy. It would add a lot to the overall bite, but the underbelly was cooked very nicely. Great pizza and a comfortable aura lands Golden Pizza had a credible four and half stars.
