This week’s nominees:
Abigail Clinch- The junior track athlete jumped a new career-best in the triple jump (10.63m) to qualify for her first D-III New England Championships at the Triangle Classic.
Devon Rosier- The junior gymnast contributed solid scores of 9.6250 on the floor exercise and a 9.600 flat on the balance beam at a dual meet vs. Cornell.
Sidney Wetland– The women’s basketball star scored 16 on 7-of-11 from the floor as well as having five rebounds and five assists for the Pride’s matchup vs Mount Holyoke College.
Emma Baumhauer– At the NEWMAC Championships, Baumhauer finished fifth overall in the 200 meter back in a time of 2:06.80.

And on the men’s side:
Erik Jensen – The senior swimmer broke a Springfield College record in the 1,650 freestyle with a time of 16:12.97 on Sunday. Also, on Thursday, he was one of the Springfield swimmers of the 800 relay, where the group set the school record in the race.
Daryl Costa – The senior men’s basketball player tallied 45 points in two games, including a career-high 28 against Coast Guard on Saturday.
Brayden Grim – The sophomore wrestler had five wins at the NEWA Futures Tournament, with those wins including two technical falls and a pin.
Zac Schuette – The senior attacker on the men’s lacrosse team scored a career-high eight goals along with an assist in an 18-14 victory over Nazareth.
